I personally think that Sony has missed the boat when it comes to the world of portable digital entertainment, with the NW-A800 Walkman being too late to the party despite its rather impressive specifications which include a 2″ display (320 x 240 resolution), picture, audio, and video playback, support for a wide range of audio and video formats, and a purported long lasting battery life. You can choose to watch video clips in portrait or landscape formats, although videos will probably be done in the latter for most cases. The NW-A800 comes in iPod nano proportions, measureing 8.8cm x 4.4cm x 0.9cm and weighing a mere 53g. Choose from 2GB, 4GB, and 8GB sizes. Unfortunately, the price could do with some revision, with the 8GB version retailing for a whopping $410.
